How fast can I get my ReLog?
We’re doing our very best to get your ReLog to you as quick as possible! And to ensure that we do not let you down, you will have two options on how to buy your products and get them delivered to you:
Through our webshop
When buying through the webshop at revibeenergy.com (for a guide to do just that, take a look here) we will get to work as soon as we receive your order and the unit will be shipped from our location in Sweden within 3-5 business days. Please allow 1-3 days for the delivery to reach you. In order for the shipment to reach you it’s crucial that you provide us with a correct shipping address as well a correct contact number & email so the courier can reach you if they for some reason can’t find their way in.
Through DigiKey
If purchasing through DigiKey you get the benefit of using DigiKeys amazing logistics which means that they will ship the ReLog to you within 24 hours and it will then reach you within a few days.
Do we ship everywhere?
The simple answer? Yes we do! Not much more complicated than that 🙂
What do we charge for it?
As you’ve probably noticed, we like making things simple. So we have adopted a flat rate for all locations across the globe: 50 €.
Does the shipping fee cover import fees and tariffs?
No. In an ideal world, we would love to include all tariffs and fees in the shipping fee but this is not possible with our current logistics system. If you know by heart that you country has special requirements for the import process and if we can assist in any way, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]
