Product description

The VS1 is an advanced vibration sensor powered by a patented electromagnetic generator, designed specifically for vibrating screens, feeders and other vibratory equipment. It is designed for rugged industrial use, featuring IP67 ingress protection and an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +80 °C. 

The sensor measures acceleration on three axes using a high-precision MEMS accelerometer with selectable sampling rates up to 16,384 Hz. It also includes an internal temperature sensor.

With an IP67 rated lightweight anodized aluminum and PA6 enclosure, the device is built for durability and ease of mounting. Data communication is achieved through 2.4 GHz radio frequencies with a range of up to 1 Mbps, offering robust connectivity. 

Supporting edge data storage and a typical product lifetime of over five years, the VS1 is ideal for process monitoring and predictive maintenance in demanding environments.
