General Conditions

The General Conditions of the Orgalim S 2022 (GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS) shall be applicable and subject to the sale/purchase transaction, however, with the following exceptions:

  • Section 6: Any and all Technical, commercial and financial information and information that has been declared as confidential shall be treated confidentially and its material and immaterial rights shall rest with the Supplier.
  • Section 11: Partial delivery shall be permitted unless otherwise agreed In Writing. The Supplier shall have the right to invoice partial deliveries to the Customer.
  • Sections 15 – 17 (Delay): ReVibe shall not be liable to pay the Customer any liquidated damages in case of delay or non-performance in delivery.
  • Section 20: Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, 100% of goods value will be invoiced when the Product is delivered.
  • Sections 24 – 44 (Liability for defects): In case of defect in or non-conformity of the Product, ReVibe’s liability shall be limited to repairment or replacement (at ReVibe’s sole discretion) of the subject defected goods.
  • Section 33. The Customer shall bear the cost and responsibility of such transportation.
  • Section 51 (Dispute resolution): Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Expedited Arbitrations of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The seat of arbitration shall be Gothenburg, Sweden.

Vibinspect - Software Licenses

The intellectual rights, including copyright, of the software are held by ReVibe Energy AB. Fortunately, there are really awesome and free software libraries out there that we’ve used in our program. This way, we didn’t have to do everything ourselves from copper and silicon. Our copyright claim does not apply to these libraries.

Some of these free software packages require us to show their copyright notice in our software, so that’s what we do here below. If you’re interested in any of the software libraries, please check them out. They’re really useful if you’re interested in developing graphical science software.
