A technical overview of ReVibe ANURA
Technical overview of ReVibe ANURA
System specifications
The table below provides a technical overview of ReVibe ANURA and its capabilities.
The wireless sensor nodes contain proprietary vibration energy harvesting (VEH) technology from ReVibe Energy. The VEH units converts vibrations created by the vibrating screen itself and turns it into the power to make the sensor nodes completely autonomous.
The system includes up to 8 sensor nodes that all measures vibrations and temperature continuously.
The system will monitor a range of variables that when analyzed provides fault indications:
- Ramp-up and ramp-down
- Natural frequency
- Spring failure
- Loose parts
- Bearing analysis
- Pegging/blinding
- Screen overload
Feature
Description
Self-powered sensor nodes
The wireless sensor nodes contain proprietary vibration energy harvesting (VEH) technology from ReVibe Energy. The VEH units converts vibrations created by the vibrating screen itself and turns it into the power needed to make the sensor nodes completely self-powered.
Easy set up & fit-and-forget installation
The sensor nodes are easily fitted on the vibrating screen using strong magnets. Once the gateway is plugged in and the screen is started, you will be immediately up and running.
No of sensor nodes per vibrating screen

Get in touch with one of our experts
and see if ReVibe ANURA is the remote monitoring system for you
Our experts are looking forward to hearing from you to assess your situation and provide our recommendations if ReVibe ANURA is the right choice for you. Throughout the dialogue, our experts will look closer at your particular machines, evaluate the situation you are in and make suggestions on how ReVibe ANURA can be integrated and show you the results you can anticipate by using our system.
Use the ReLog for offline measurements
if you prefer to perform the measurements yourself
If you do not feel ready for a complete condition monitoring system, we offer our vibration data logger – the ReLog. The ReLog can be used to manually gather vibration measurements from the vibrating screen. These can then be analyzed and evaluated through our software VibInspect where you can perform the most relevant analysis, such as an orbit plot, an FFT and spectrogram.
